The Dragonfruit….exotic perfection in every-way!
Dragonfruit
This fruit a real treat, I have now enjoyed it on several occasions…as it is not that easy to get and usually pricey here in S.E QLD, Australia. I have used Dragonfruit several ways such as in blending it in smoothies, frappes, eaten it with coconut ice cream and had it will lime squeezed on it. Yumm!
Dragon fruit tastes amazing – sweet and crunchy, with a flavour that’s like a cross between kiwi, berry and pear….kind of….Inside the flesh may be white or red – both will have tiny black edible seeds, just like kiwi fruit. The outside bright fuchsia pink is such an amazing bright colour, mother nature got it right…as she just wanted us to pick it and eat it! Dragonfruit literally screams EAT ME!!!
